• Our Favorite Newborn and Parent Baby Gear

I’ve tried a lot of different products for me and the baby during his first few months. Some just didn’t work for us so I wanted to share the items that did…these are the products I’ve been using the most and would recommend to new mothers: From left to right, top to bottom: 1.    The On the Go Sleep Sheep is the smaller-sized version and comes with a Velcro strap to attach it to the crib or the car seat handle. I love the different white noise options (rain, whales in the ocean, birds, etc.). I turn it on when…

  • Meet Crew

Crew Robert Johanson was born on December 12, 2015 at 9:10pm. He arrived unexpectedly early (about 10 days) and the day he was born I was wobbling down the street and a woman driving her car pulled over, rolled down her window and asked me if I needed help. I am super excited for Baby J’s arrival this December and he or she will be the greatest Christmas gift of all time. This past weekend my mom and sis threw an amazing fall-themed baby shower for me at a private space at Cinquecento restaurant in the South End of Boston. They put so much time and thought into the details…here are some of the ideas they brought to life at the shower: The invites: In lieu of a card, guests were invited…

  • Maui Travel Guide

We like Maui a lot and will definitely go back (probably after another trip to Kauai first though!).  Maui is spread out and you’ll spend a lot of time driving around the island to see the different spots/attractions. Where to stay: The Ritz Carlton is far up on the North Shore but the grounds are beautiful (it’s surrounded by tall trees that make you feel like you’re in the Northwest) and the rooms are great. If you want to stay in another area, the Grand Wailea Hotel is a grand hotel with lots to do (it’s where “Just Go With…
