Thanksgiving Tablescape

I wish I could share some tips or tricks about table-setting and styling but, in this case, my gold and silver marbleized chargers and dessert plates, highball glasses, wine glasses and flatware -all from Juliska – made it easy to set a beautiful table. For this look, I paired it with my every day white dinner plates from Crate & Barrel, added gold cut-out placemats from Bloomingdale’s (similar here and here), gold shimmer napkins, sparkle dove napkin holders (also by Juliska – love these so much!) and a gray and gold runner from Home Goods. White pumpkins placed on top of the runner turned it into a Thanksgiving theme but this look would work for any other holiday as well (I’d add my mercury glass trees for a Christmas dinner or a row of colored eggs for Easter).

I’m glad I went with a “china” set that features both gold and silver, because I can pair these dishes with really any other color tone. I’ve seen dark cranberry and pink dinner plates placed on top of the chargers  – the gold and silver swirl really goes with everything.
